All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, Quiet Storm Kreationz LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.

• After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays:
